Cryowear was born out of one simple but powerful idea: recovery should be effortless.
As a chiropractor, acupuncturist, yoga instructor, and former personal trainer, I've spent years helping people move better and live pain-free. Whether treating athletes, weekend warriors, or those recovering from injury, I saw one constant struggle - people weren't icing enough.
Why? Because it's inconvenient.
Holding ice packs, wrapping towels, sitting still - it's messy, time-consuming, and often interrupts life.
Yet, I knew that cold therapy could change their recovery outcomes - easing inflammation, reducing pain, and getting them back to what they love faster.
That's when the idea for Cryowear began.
